Take the wheel off. then the grease cap. There will be a keeper that has 2 screws, take those out, then remove the keeper. You will see another keeper, but this one is actually a nut. There are two round holes on the keeper, take a punch, or a common screwdriver, and a hammer and tap it off. If will spin. Make sure that you keep these parts free of dirt, as the wheel bearing will pick it up and ruin it. Once you have these removed, then the wheel assembly will slide right off. When you are installing them make sure that you have seated the wheel unit on before you thread the nut on. Tighten the nut as far as you can using a screwdriver to spin it on, and then tap it tight with the screwdriver and hammer, make sure that you do not get it too tight, or you will cause the bearing to wear prematurely.
