IDLE CONTROL VALVE
It is in the air intak e valve block,
take of the housing,clean the black brown interior,
take of the plastic cover of the controle motor,and oil and grease,
re initiate,problem should be solved,

Check your oil level and adjust to correct level, always measure oil when the engine has warmed up and not before. Oil that is too thick can also cause this so use a viscosity appropriate to your area and climate.
