One or more of your O2 sensors has fouled, sending erroneous info to your ECM. You'll have to visit a mechanic on this one, sorry.
Look for repair to average $80 per sensor (you may have 3!)
A cheap fix is as follows and not 100%-Advance Auto Supply store buy a can of "SeaFoam" and add to gas as instructed and drive at least 100 miles.
