Question about 2003 Hyundai Tiburon
Sounds like the window motor is shorting...been to a car wash lately...or often? The easiest fix for this is to have Sears Auto or Walmart test your charging system...sometimes it's FREE or nominal charge unless you buy a battery...
P.S. Walmarts "Everstart" is rated highly.
Then, go to a BODY shop and ask them to diagnose your window motor...$50 + part, maybe $100 total.
