SOURCE: Remove right rear door panel 2003 Buick LaSabre

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door

First thing is to check oil level, and add oil if needed but yes, call dealer also and explain. Let us know what they say.

95 Buick Lasabre still has some sort of a problem

Does it not have fire. This may sound dumb but have someone check the pressure output on your fuel pump. Had a van do the same, no fire and didn't want to start. Turns out fuel pump had been replaced with wrong one and not according to factory specs. Hasn't failed since
