Back Speakers don't work.

Both of the back door speakers on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo don't work. I took them out and the speakers look fine and so does the connection, any ideas?

Rear speaker output from the radio is applied to the separate amplifier and the amplifier output is applied to the speakers. The loss of audio could occur anywhere in that path.

Change the radio if it looks worse than the speakers. Or, go buy some junkyard speakers and try them out. If none of this works, sell the car.

Take it back to the last people that worked on it!!!!! If it wasn't like that when you took it there, it shouldn't do it when you get it back.
You paid them money,,,,make them earn ALL OF IT.

Why does both of the front door speakers sound so low? I have a 2000 jeep grand cherokee with a infinity gold soung system with a amp under the rear seats.

THE DOOR SPEAKERS ARE MADE TO SOUND LOW FREQUENCY THROUGH THE AMP,(60HZ-500HZ). THIS IS NORMAL. THE REST OF THE SOUND WAVES (500HZ -8000HZ) COME FROM YOUR 2 TOP SPEAKERS ON DASH NEAR WINDSHIELD, 2" TWEETERS.
