I have an O2 Dodge ram 15102 Wheel Dr., how can I tell if a bearing is going bad in one of my wheels?

You have to jack the vehicle off the ground, then grab each tire at the 12:00 and 6:00 positions. Then as hard as you can try to wiggle the tire up and down. If there is any movement then that wheel bearing needs to be replaced.

How can I retrain the TPM system after tire rotation?

The sensors aren't wheel specific, the tire rotation won't have any effect on the reading as long as the pressure is set correctly. Just allow the unit 2 minutes to connect to the sensors in the wheels.

How should I rotate my tires? I've had people say front to back, side to side? front to front, back to back?

It really depends on the tires. Some tires have a one-way tread pattern and are only supposed to rotate in one direction (i.e. ones that pull water away from the center of the tire). In this case, you must rotate driver-rear to driver-front and passenger-rear to passenger-front. If you have a symmetrical tread pattern, you should rotate driver-rear to passenger-front and passenger-rear to driver front.

If you post a picture of the tread pattern, I can tell you which you should do.

98 1500 Ram sport front end shakes at about 40mph when on rough road have to slow down to make it stop comes and goes

Please check the balance on your tires ... also check for faulty tire - tread separation etc. These are the simple things ... if balance is ok and tires do not have bulges or lumps, you will need more professional intervention.

Front tires make a noise when in reverse , but not when in drive

It's probably not tires unless they have a significant wear pattern. If it's a rotational type sound it could be in the brakes, especially the rear drum brakes(it does not mean they are worn out)

not unless u requested it, understand that once a wear pattern is started like this starts it will continue, but i will say they should have asked if u wanted the tires rotated, I would complain, they will most likely do it for free, but remember be nice but be firm about the issue...
