Question about 2002 Dodge Neon
Three things to check. Spark, fuel and timing.
Take plug. Out and check good spark, needs to be earth to engine block or car. Is the fuel pump working. Timing could be out usually 180 degrees. if you worked on car recently to do timing chain/belt.
There sensor all over cars the most likely is the crankshaft sensor. Lug in computer and get error messages. Good luck
