Windshield wipers stop working

At the base of the wiper arm there is a plastic cap,pop this off ,underneath there is a nut that holds the arm in place ,if it gets loose the post will turn inside the blade.Just turn the wipers off and tighten the nuts with the blade in the parked position.

Hard to start cold starts and stops a dozen times

most probley the idle air controle valve, remove it clean it with q tips dipped in sea foam , or like product, carefully try to clean the upper and lower track that the silver blade travels back and forth .you will probley have to bend the q tip and use another to hold the blade back. you can also check the valve by hooking up the pick tail and have some one turn on the ignition (dont engage the starter) you should here a click and see the blade move open and closed . most valves do not fully close that is normal. if the blade moved re-install and see if theres inprovement .you may still have to replace if not totaly fixed the problem .make shure ongood and tight cant have any vacum leaks

I have a myers plow that i got a few years ago new and when i turn the blade to the left it the motor keeps runin even though the blade has gone as far as it can go. it also moves on its own and its like...

Sounds like you have an electrical problem with motor running all the time.1st thing i would check is the switch.make sure it is wired right and the switch itself is ok. as far as it moving on its own. could possibly
be a solonoid gunked up.or low on fluid

Rear wiper wont wipe window.

Check for a bent arm, pos. was bent by scruber.  Or was it on during the wash? it may have been stuck at one point and the wiper motor still turning, and is now out of time. Arm position to motor shaft position.

Blades not moving

It's probably a loose nut where the blade attaches to the body!
You'll have to pry open the hinged cover with your hand or a screwdriver to expose the nut then just tighten it up.
I've had this problem.
Good Luck!
