Question about 1998 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
I have a 2008 C Class, I don't like the ride &I have damaged 3 tyres. Want to try 18" tyres ???

The taller the tire, the more comfortable the ride. Low profile tires are meant to be stiff. There's also different quality tires, there's quieter tires, softer ones, etc... If you're drifting and damaging wheels and tires I understand, but if it's common to one rim, and you're driving appropriately, that rim might be bent.
