The light is on to alert you to the fact that the system has been turned off due to a fault being detected by the control module that monitors and controls the system operation. You need the dealer to diagnose the problem now.
The light is on because the control module for the system has detected a fault in the system. You must now have the TCS scanned by the dealer to see what fault codes show up and then based on the fault codes do the diagnostics required and locate the problem. Once it is repaired the light will shut off. Right now you have no traction control system, it is turned off.
A.S.R. is anti slip regulator,it is connected to the abs system so that when you are on a loose surface the wheel that is loosing grip slows down until traction is achieved,SO, if you accelerate really hard.and you get wheelspin, the car basically shuts down until you get full traction.feels funny but you wont get fined for tyre squeel.try putting two wheels on grass and two on tarmac then flooring it........
