EGR valve is most likely dirty pull it off and clean the pintal valve with a tooth brush and some berry-mans chem-tool carburetor cleaner, the valve will have carbon build up in the valve where the pintal valve is in the exhaust stream. use a dry type of lubricant to lube the pintel shaft on the outside.
