yes you have to remove the steering wheel to gain access ,disconnect battery then remove the air bag after that its relative easy ,air bag either has two 8mm bolts/nuts or a spring clip holding it on

You need to replace the horn button since the foam or rubber breaks down after a
while and needs to be repalced and you can order them online for about $14.00 plus shipping
