here is a little help. if you need more I am on facebook. There are 2 ignition 1 voltage circuits supplied to the Engine Control Module (ECM). The first ignition circuit is provided by the powertrain relay, through a fuse. This ignition 1 voltage circuit supplies power to all the internal ECM circuits associated with the throttle actuator control (TAC) operation. The second ignition 1 voltage circuit is supplied by the run/crank relay through a fuse, and is used to power the remaining internal ECM circuits. If the ECM detects a voltage difference between the 2 ignition 1 voltage circuits, DTC

Stability track

This is a common problem with GM's. The TPS sensor goes bad in the throttle body. Throws out a message to service Stabilitrac. Not SO!!!
The kicker is that the whole throttle body has to be replaced because the TPS sensor is actually part of the throttle body!!! Costs around $250.00 for aftermarket.

Later I have to crank 5 to 10 times before the engine starts rapping up to full throttle. My mechanic said is the fuel pump, is that right? Also gives me a message "Power......." can't...

sounds to me like your fuel pump is losing pressure as it sits idle, normally when they do this, they have the effect you describe, and also will not get the correct pressure that your car needs to sustain to keep it running correctly, you c an have a check done of the fuel pump pressure, but it requires a gauge that most people don't have on hand, so you would need to take it in to have it checked, its a pretty simple procedure, But from what your saying, your mechanic has probably done this already ,

Surges

Surges? Mine would surge, sputter, like it was losing power and the engine light would come on. I got a message saying Cruise Control not available. I opened the hood and heard a hissing sound. There was a leak in my PCV hose. I taped it up with some electrical tape that I keep in my glove compartment and problem solved. My mechanic replaced the hose for about $15

Same dillema, how do I reset the Service B message in a MB ML350?

If you are turning in the vehicle in 3 months I wouldn't worry about changing the oil. In the old days, they use to say change it every 6,000 miles and then as a way to make more money, they started saying every 3,000 miles. But if you really want to reset your computer, unplug your negative cable from your battery terminal and leave it off for five minutes. On a mercedes, they are very advanced piece of work, but doing this may give you another message regarding losing power, so do this at your own risk.

I'm getting the same message, when I'm driving at about 65 mph van starts losing power, kind of "coughing". I've been told that could be either fuel inyector or the need of a good tune-up. I'm taking my van (2002 E250 V8) to the dealership, they have the special equipment to zero into the problem and fix it,
