Has to b the battery,if you changed the alternator then the batter isnt supplying any power to your sensors and computer. if your battery is weak the car might run at idle, but as soon as your drive your useing more draw. swap out a battery from a friend and you should b good.

SOURCE: battary light on , engine cut off car won't crank

sounds like it's your alternator, your alternator charges your battery and runs car once it is started. if you have a bad alternator your battery light will come on, and shortly after your vehicle will die, unable to restart without a jump. I would take your battery to autozone or an auto shop to have your battery and alternator tested.

My car cuts of while driving. It is an manual vehicle and runs on gasoline. How do I fix this problem?

Assuming your alternator really is working I would take the battery back and trade out for another one. Just because it's new doesn't mean it's good. I would start there and if it still continues I would make sure alternator really is charging. This post really points to the battery or alternator. It would kill the car randomly and since you needed a jump the other day that's what I would say

I remove and place back the battery and it keeps shutting off whilst driving

Try replacing your alternator. sounds like that'\s the problem to me, anyways.

Rev counter jumps whilst idling and then engine cuts out

Your problem sounds as if the thermo sensor....which controls the air fuel ratio when engine is cold....is faulty. It is a common fault on this model.
This is not an expensive part, and takes only a short time to fit.
Good luck

Electrical issues

How have you determined that the alternator (generator) is working fine?

Whilst the engine is running you need to see if there is at least 12 volts (usually 13.5V) across the battery using a voltmeter or similar tool. Also, whilst the engine is running, what happens when you turn the headlights on? (Does the car stall or try to stall?) This would affect night driving using headlights.

Most importantly, you run the risk of damaging the diodes on the alternator whilst running the
engine with a flat or undercharged battery.

There is also a regulator that controls the voltage from the alternator.

have you checked all fuses, including engine fuses located under the bonnet?
