What are the most important things to replace at 239,560 miles? I am more worried about the engine and transmission. (sensors, seals, oils)

Generally speaking, once a car gets past 100k you replace something when it fails.
The overall life expectancy of a car such as yours would be 150,000 miles. Of course they can run for 3 or 4 hundred thousand miles under the best conditions.
For example, your car uses a timing chain instead of a belt. Timing chains are expected to last the life of the engine, and usually don't fail until after 200k. Same thing for the water pump, fuel pump, oil pump, and so on.
If you changed the trans fluid and filter at or before 100k, it should be done again. You would change the belts and hoses, fuel filter and ignition parts at every 50k or so. Therefore you would have changed them at least 3 or 4 times by now.
The problem with your transmission is not normal, but not uncommon with that many miles on the clock. I would not rev it up in drive beyond 1500 RPM in case it suddenly engages.

While driving engine will lose power and start backfiring shut off for a while, restart and engine runs fine, replaced fuel filter two weeks ago, also had oxygen sensor and fuel level sensor replaced two...

usally back firing and no codes is a bad fuel pump or clogged pickup screen which is on the fuel pump.. you can get alge from the blended gasoline. see if you can run a prssure gauge to the out side of the hood and drive the truck, when the problems starts to happen look at the pressure. we had a k5 blazer do something similar. it would have 57 psi at start up and about 10 miles into dribving it we would have loss of power adn backfiring through the trottle body. feul pressure would drop to 17 psi. our pick screen was full of black alge from water in the gas.

Have you replaced the timing belt? if not i would highly recommend doing so. these cars need to have the timing belt replaced before it breaks otherwise it can and will cause major engine damage.

Engine power loss

I would start with a complete tune up and a motor flush to rid the block of any sludge. after that, i would change the fuel filter and pump as well. it wouldn't hurt to reset the valves. this will help dramatically. due to the miles, this will give you sometime to save up for a re haul on the piston rings and valve springs and head gaskets.

I would start with a test drive with a fuel pressure gauge on it make sure you have spec. 35 - 40 psi. Clear codes and record all the freeze frame data in obd2 as you will need this in the diag process. 442 and 456 are evap codes I believe, do they return with the 300 misfire codes? Either way you need to reproduce the problem with the gauge on it and get the first code it sets. Could be fuel pump/filter/sending unit assy. In this case you will need to pay attention to the fuel level when this occurs. (same level as before)

Your throttle position sensor should be located on the throttle body opposite of where the throttle cable hooks on too. Look for a small black box on the other side with wires leading into a connector. get your codes read and re post them it could be a simple fix.
