Question about 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier
You have to remove the face plate or the anti fheft plate then you need two horse shoe claps that you can buy at a parts store or at Wal Mart store for about $7.00 to $10.00 dollars and insert them on each end, this will release the lock mechanism and you can slide the radio out after you do that then unscrew the bracket as you will need it for your next install also take the male and female plugs so they can be reused, and unplug ant ene and remove the fuse holder as well.
