Question about 2004 Dodge Stratus
It's on the firewall in the engine bay even with the bottom of the heater box inside the car (passenger side) generally just rolling it between your fingers will open it up. Don't stick anything hard in there or you can damage components inside heater. It is a short stub hose that comes out of the firewall not connected to anything.
