Replace intack gasket

Not many details to your question but here's what I can share: The intake gasket, referred to as the VALLEY GASKET in many Rover shops is a moderate level replacement/repair in both time and skill. If you are systematic and meticulous with your teardown its an almost certain perfect repair. Also, this gasket is best purchased through the dealer to ensure fit and factory spec materials. Last I checked aftermarket gaskets fell short on this one.
With more detail added to your question would be able to help you further. Repost and I will answer as best I can. Good luck.

Rough idle causes for a vt commodore 98 berlina V6 ecotec

Inlet manifold gasket loose (valley gasket) my vt was running like **** at idle only , tightened the 12 bolts near the injectors runs perfect now if that doesn't fix it the gasket may be wrecked $70 kit or get it done
Water was getting into the throttle body and into the cylinders causing irregular and irratick loping and rough idle it had me thinking it was all different things like leads , air leaks , bad fuel , bloked injectors , computers , coils
You'll probably find some loose one their is a torque sequence but try just tightening them start with middle side 4 first hope this helps and saves people money

Valve cover gasket

Buy the package that come with valves cover gasket and 4 spark plugs tube seals. Its around $10 - $20 and for replace it only remove the pcv valve tube, the sparks plugs cables and ignition coils. Its so easy!! remove the valves cover, only have 10 screws. Try to buy original Plymounth gaskets or Felpro.

How to replace a knock sensor on nissan pathfinder 1998

It's located deep in the valley! Under the "LOWER intake manifold". copy and paste this link in your browser, or try clicking on it. It may be helpful to you.

http://x.nissanhelp.com/forums/pathfinder/7890-3-3l-knock-sensor-relocation.html

I didn't find this link until after I had already disassembled my truck. This is the hardest job that I've taken on thus far, hope I can put it all back together properly. I changed the gaskets on the valve covers since I had everything off.
To answer your question: It's under your lower intake manifold, so it's a hard job!

How to replace valve cover gasket 1998 chevy malibu

The first step is to remove all the parts that are in the way of you being able to remove the valve covers. (Ex.: air intake, loose wires etc.) Then you will need to remove your valve covers (using basic tools) and be very careful to not let anything get on your lifters, which your valve covers protect. Once you have the valve covers off compare the new gaskets to make sure they are the right size. Then remove the old gasket and replace with the new one using a high temp gasket sealant (available at any auto parts store) to attach the gasket to the valve covers. Then tighten down snug and check for leaks after replaced.

I have a leadk around my head cover. I found digram off my motor and i see there is not gasket. Is this correct ? and im also trying to find the tourque settings for the head cover.

Are you referring to the black plastic cover that says Volvo on it just to the rear of the oil filler cap? If so that piece does not have a gasket, and is held in place by 6 #30 Torx crews. It is not uncommon for the breather cap gasket to go bad and cause oil to collect in the valley beneath this cover. You should replace your filler cap gasket, remove the spark plug cover and get all the oil out of that area, then torque the Torx to 7 ft-lbs.
