The driver side headlight is dimmer than the passenger side
You have a bad GROUND going to the dim light. Either the ground wire is broken, not connected or not making contact at the bulb.

you've got a grounding wire issue on the right side headlight.
trace the wire that goes to ground and make sure the connection is clean and tight... check for corrosion around the wire terminals and in the connector...

Check near the headlight for loose or corroded chassis ground connection to the headlight.
