The Jeep is a 1996...all companies start producing they're vehicles 3 or 4 months in advance for the following year

Call any Jeep dealerm, they should tell you.
If you've no dealer, and no one knows in any garage, ask another Jeep owner to look at his owner's manual in the glove box to get that number.
Look under the heading of "Capacities".
God bless your efforts.

Dont know what year my jeep is

the build date is not the year model date.
ever wonder how car 1996 is made way before the dec 1995 date?
magic, no , its cars are made early.
your car is 1996. year model all parts in stores are by model year.
there is one exception. and that is (allcars)
that when buying from the dealers counter , the VIN suffex numbers
can infact effect the correct part to buy.
this is because, parts can in fact change mid year.
that is why factory parts always fit. for that and 100 other reasons.
(china parts sux)

My power windows & interior lights dont work

I don't know the year or make of your vehicle, but this sounds like a relay problem. Check you owners manual, and look under fuse and relay. it will tell what fuse and relay control what. you can get the relay at any auto parts store. Under $10.00, and on their computer, they can tell you right where it is. hope this helps

Manual

Go to the web page that is listed in the owner's manual for the manuals. They may have old stock and reducing the $ for that year. I have had good luck in this area even a year earlier after a major up-grade year.
