Camshaft or crankshaft position sensor is defective. You have one of these sensors, but not both of them.

I would start by checking the bleeder valve on the fuel rail to make sure its getting gas and has good pressure.

I have a 1992 firebird that stalls out then has a hard time starting. if the car sits for a time it will start and run fine some times all day. the next day it will start than stall ,then it will turnover...

Hi, sounds like it's loading up. Recommend you check the fuel pressure regulator for a torn diaphram. Please see my tip at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r7427423-fix_poor_idle_high_idle_stalling_fuel . These are generic instructions. If you get stuck or need specific instructions for your car, please get back to me with model, year and engine info

Only need to know when to change the fuel filter how many kilos

It all depends on where you buy your petrol If a big garage and a big turnover of fuel then every 20,000 km if a older station with a low fuel turnover then about every 12,000 km

New battery in 03 VW Passat, engine turns but will not start.

Possible flooding, cold weather can freez open injectors causing them to leak into the cylinders. Press the gass pedal all the way to the floor and crank the engine for no more than 60 seconds. The cylinders will clear themselves allowing proper mix of air/fuel and should start easy. If that does not solve please specify if the engine is 1.8l or 2.8l.

My 1997 Dodge Avenger's engine won't start

Try cam and/or crank sensor. If crank to cam timing isn't detected properly it'll crank all day but won't start. I had similar problem on my 2.5L V6 Avenger....drove home fine, no engine light, next morning it cranked, but wouldn't start. The crank sensor was faulty.
