You can't. It has to be scanned for codes. Then go after the problem.

Haw do i bypass a Mitsubishi Galant Immobili. systume on my car

If you put Mitsubishi Galant Immobilizer in your browser search bar, there are many forums dealing with this issue. I checked a few of them, and it would appear there is no real means to permanently bypass this anti-theft system. It all involves re-programming computers and such.

Does the emobilizer and key have to be replaced if the wrong key was put in ignition and had to be pulled and wiggled pretty hard to remove now it wont start

When you turn the ignition switch to ON(II), the immobilizer system indicator should come on for a few seconds, then go out. If the indicator starts to blink, it means the system does not recognize the coding of the key. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK(0), remove the key, reinsert it, and turn the switch to ON(II) again. If the system repeatedly does not recognize the coding of your key will need a repair.

I dont know where to hook up immobileizer bypass wire

An immobilizer bypass is an electrical circuit which allows current to flow to whatever component is starved of current to keep the engine from running (usually the coil). The immobilizer opens the circuit to the coil, the immobilizer bypass closes the circuit to the coil.

If you didn't install an immobilizer circuit, then you don't need the bypass. There are probably instructions you missed in the manual explaining the immobilizer circuit.
