2010 impala high beams do not come on, light on dash comes on, replaced bulbs still don't work, checked all fuses, look good

High Beam Headlamp Operation
Battery voltage is applied at all times to the coil and switch sides of the HIGH BEAM PCB Relay located in the underhood fuse block. When the headlamp dimmer switch is placed in the high beam position, the headlamp dimmer switch signal circuit to the BCM is pulled low signaling the headlamp high beam request. In response to this signal, the BCM applies ground through the high beam relay control circuit energizing the high beam relay. With the high beam relay energized, battery voltage is applied through the switch side of the relay, the left and right high beam fuses, and the high beam supply voltage circuits illuminating the high beam headlamps. At the same time the BCM sends a GMLAN serial data message to the instrument panel cluster (IPC) requesting the IPC to illuminate the high beam indicator. Ground for the left headlamp is provided at G101 and the right headlamp at G100.

When I started my 05 Toyota Camry one night two weeks ago, for the first time my high beams would not go on, what could be the issue, and how can I fix it?

1. Check the fuses for the high beam circuit. There is usually one fuse for the left and one for the right high beam.

2. If the fuses are OK, check the Relay (also normally found in the Fuse and Relay boxes ) for the high beam circuit.
There is normally one Relay for the Low Beam circuit and one Relay for the High beam circuit.

3. If the fuses and relays check out OK, there may be a problem with the high beam switch on your headlight controls.

Well the high and low beam lamps use the same fuses, and the dimmer switch handles the ground circuit. So I would check the dimmer switch if both high beam bulbs are ok.

Low beam headlamps wont turn on change bulbs and checked fuses and still wont come on.

did you check for a relay in your fuse panel? there should be a relay that controls your low beams and one for your high beams. check for that and then if high beams are working swap it with low beam relay. if your problem switches to low beams working and high beams not working replace the bad relay.

1993 corsica--low beams work fine, no high beams.

Check the fuses under the hood...chances are it's one of them....there's not much left to check after that....check the fuses inside the car as well...it might be the high beam switch is bad that switches the low beams to high beams inside the car.
