Question about 2001 Suzuki Swift
Where is the camshaft senser located
1.3 L M13A I4 (petrol)
1.5 L M15A I4 (petrol)
1.3 L I4 (diesel)
????????????????? some even have 1.8L, i see. and 1.6L.
wow 5 engines.
the part has an ASE/SAE.org (std) name, CKP.
here is the easy answer, if car has DIZZY , its in there.
if not its on the end of the cam shaft.
i presume you know Mr. Cam there in the head.?
on most engines, its at rear of cam, due to hard to put on front with cogs and gears and VVT parts there.
here i will google that, using google image Suzuki M15a
and 1st hit.
all of this and lots more in the FSM
or google it.
im at alldata.com now and there are many diff, cmp's for each engine.
but all are on rear of cam,. in DIS systems.
