Check all the fuses if the fuse is blown that gives power to the computer while the key is off the computer can loose it memory. On some cars for some unknown reason when the car is off the computer losses the readiness test results. The only thing you can do is drive the car around for at least ½ hour then take it to the inspection station and have the test run but DO NOT shut the engine off. A dead or disconnected battery will also clear the readiness results. The bummer is there is no bulletproof fix.
