When fueling my 2002 hyundai 350L the fuel keeps stopping as if full,I have to fill it very slow

This happens when the tank ventilation system gets clogged, or the bottom of the fuel tank is bent inward. When you fill the tank it displaces air as the fuel goes in. It acts like its full because it can't vent the air out of the tank

Why does my tahoe use so much gas

its not the gas its the price of the gas that seems like bad mileage go to gas station and fill till gas pump clicks off at slow fill record mileage and gallons to fill/road test for 25 miles go back to same gas station same side of gas pump and refill at slow fill and record miles and gallons to refill this will give you best practice for fuel mileages/PS drive in cityor highway not both causes difference in gas mileage

Slow filling gas tank

Sounds like someone put something in the fill tube. It is easy to pull off then run high air pressure through it

Gas wont go in tank.it takes it slow ?the gas pump shuts off like the tank is slow.

the fuel return hose is kinked or plugged up. every filler neck has a secondary vent tube attached to the tank for fast fill ups. If it is slow in filling have that vent tube inspected

I have trouble fuelling my mazda tribute 2005, the gas goes in very slow and sometimes overflows. Why and how to fix it ?

Sounds like a possible venting issue, If you can find the vent hose (should be smaller diameter rubber hose near the fill hose), you can check it for kinks. Air has to come out of the tank as fuel goes in, so a blocked vent hose could cause the symptoms you described. You will have to inspect it from under the vehicle, start where the fill cap is located and work your way to the tank. Be safe and hope this helps.

2004 Ford Taurus takes 15 min plus to fill fuel tank, help!

theres a problem with the pipe that goes from the gas tank to the gas cap.Look under neath and see if the hose is pinched or bent.Another cause could be who ever owned it before had the tank out and they messed up the hose when they put it back in but that is differently the problem..
