Question about 1993 Nissan Pathfinder
Won't turn over
First test your battery, making sure it is fully charged and good ( most Auto parts stores will do that for free ) .Once that is done, re-install battery and try. If NOTHING ( no clicking ) then the solenoid ( or relay ) may be bad. If it clicks, then the armature or brushes in the starter may be bad. It is rebuildable, but that could be difficult depending on your skill level. Either way, you'll need to replace both the solenoid and starter. Remove the starter/solenoid assembly and get it tested by your local parts store before replacing. MAKE SURE YOU DISCONNECT THE GROUND WIRE FROM THE BATTERY FIRST!!Hope this helps and thanks for using Fixya!!
