Question about 2000 Chevrolet Blazer
Try 0000 and if that doesn't work you can go to the dealer and they can un lock your radio, call first for the price, if it's a crazy amount, go to www.radio-code.com. They can help you reset your radio for less then the price at the dealer if the dealer has a crazy price. Good luck and hope this helps.

SOURCE: locked radio
You have to go to a chevy dealership to have them unlock the radio. They use a special code that will unlock the radio and then allows you to pick a new code. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: 2004 honda odessey radio code
Need to reenter the radio code, it's normally located in the glove box or behind the radio itself, once found you should have about 3 tries to enter the code, if more attempts are needed, disconnect the neg battery cable for 5 minutes and retry.

Yes should be in owners manual as a stuffer, but can also be gotten at the dealer if you bring in proper identification and vin # etc (or the car!)
