I have a 2004 KIA Sorento that we bought New.

Repair it. It is a bit rich to expect KIA to repair a 13 year old vehicle under a recall.

How do I replace a front suspension crossmember on a Chevy Silverado 2500 HD 4x4?

The actual crossmember is not very heavy but since it is bent, there may be other "stressed" portions of the frame.
- I would slack off the bolts to determine the effect before fully removing them. Also would measure betweeen the bolt holes on the replacement and the bolts on the vehicle. If the distances are different, some frame moving may be required. That could take some force.
- If the slack bolt position allows the crossmember to be wiggled easily, I'd remove it and work at getting the replacement installed.
WORK SAFE! Don't get under the vehicle unless it is on a hoist or on jack stands.

2002 kia sportage, how much to fix bent rods?

Bent push rods or tie rods? Tie rods run about 40 bucks a piece and you'll pay about 21/2 3 hrs of labor plus an alignment

The timing belt broke and bent the heads, how do i remove the old one and can it be fixed?

these are not a free spinning motor, if the timing belt has broken & the pistons have hit the valves & bent them, then you are up for major dollars, it can be fixed but it cost & it is not something you could do in the backyard as it will require someone with good mechanical knowledge & an engineers shop to replace the bent valves.
Sorry for the bad news

Are you speaking of the cairrer bearing? if so you can unblot it or if it's rivited grind off the rounded heads then with a hammer and punch punch out rivots or bolts. once out go to a junk yard and see if you can find a used undamaged support. You will have to drop the driveline to remove it. If you need help finding a replacement part let me know and I will get back to you on the price of the part.

The cross member must be replaced. The frame is probably not bent, unless you were going 50 mph or so. It could be straightened in any event. Not knowing the make & model also makes this a tough question to accurately answer.

Front end of 2007 kia optima

U need to have a auto body shop check it out. They can determine how far out of spec it is, and what is required to fix it, as they deal with car collision work every day. Good luck!!
