Holden commodores are know for vibration when braking know as brake shudder.

To correct this replace brake pads and machine disc rotors .
Clean hubs before refitting disc rotors .
Check and make sure you can achieve the run-out within holden specifications .
To achieve the correct run-out Front disc need to be under 0.5
and 0.8.
When doing run-out place front disc back on hub once all surface areas have been cleaned .
secure disc on hub with wheel nut just even so its all flush.
Then use a dial gauge and measure run if you can achieve on 1st stud move around all studs if u still cant get the front within 0.5 replace hub.
follow same procedure for rear but remember rear is0.8..

Vibration at 80-100k in a 4x4 Ford 350 diesel superduty

Sounds like you need to get your tyres balanced. If the vibration is when you don't touch the brakes only between the 80-100.
If its when you touch the brake pedal and the vibration occures, your disc brakes are warped, either machining or replacement.

Front vibration when braking. replaced both calipers & pads. Any thoughts?

usually a front vibration during braking is a warped brake rotor. if it only vibrates from the front wheels during braking, it's bad brake rotors. brake rotors cost $23.00 each at auto zone auto parts stores. just confirmed that for you. thank you for choosing fixya.com

Had bad vibration in front end of car when brakes applied, installed new rotors and pads, still have slight vibration when brakes applied.

do u feel the vibration in the steering wheel or in the seat,i bet the most vibration was coming out of the front brakes and a little out of the rear brakes,u might want to change the rear brakes if the vibration is still annoying, also were the front wheels torqued to spec when installed?? if not u might end up with warped front brakes again, hope this helped

Juddering and noise on front wheels when braking

The disks may be warped, which will cause a vibration under braking.
Also if it's an ABS system, the vibration is normal but only under heavy braking, and should not continue to vibrate when working properly.
