On my 2010 Fusion Hybrid, the radio started acting wonky. Volume would not go up, even though the display showed the bars going up.
This was the canary in the mine shaft, as issues like that indicating a weak batter (starting battery).
The battery died all together 2 days later, replaced, and all issues went away.
So for your issues it sounds like you need to take of, put back on wiggle back and forth and tighten. The connection is weak.
Or could be the battery is going bad....

You need the vehicle seial number . Go to your local dealer with the Ownership . you should get the information and codes from thier service department.
