Question about 2003 Kia Sedona
The engine lost a lot of water with a burst hose.the engine got very hot.since then i cannot keep water in the system.there is no water in the oil,but the cooling system is under high pressure and is pushing water into the expansion bottle all the time .have fitted new radiator cap but still same.some people think thermostat may do trick but i think head gasket may have blown, please can you advise if you have come across similar
That's what it sounds like, a blown head gasket. Every time the piston compresses it pushes the air fuel mixture into your cooling system through the broken head gasket. Try running the engine with the radiator cap off or lose and look and smell for gas in your radiator overflow tank. Good luck and hope this helps.
