Why my 1998 gmc 15oo 4.2 v6 truck after warms up injectors stop pumping fuel

The pick up in the distributor is what tells the ECU to fire the injectors, would be a likely culprit.

Does the camshaft sensor have anything to do with the fuel injectors (1995 izuzu rodeo)

sure does.
the engine has 2 sensors,
cam and crank
together the 2 tell ECU where #1 fires and all cylinders fire.
and on new cars with sequential injection the injectors are fired 1 my one, timed from both.
why not post symptoms.
if you connect any scan tool made, it will tell you when either sensors is bad, if cranked for 5seconds. will
post symptoms and stop guessing.

Car hesitates and backfires when warmed up from a dead stop

Do a injector leak down test to rule out leaky injectors.

Leaky injector will drip excess fuel into the intake on dead stop.

Back fire will damage intake manifold gasket and waste fuel.

# 5 injector is miss firing is there a injector cleaner i can use the van runs a little rough

I wonder how they know it is an injector and not a plug or ignition problem ?
Yes Seafoam is a good product as well as other cleaners. If the injector is faulty cleaning will not solve the problem.

Jerks and shakes from time its cranked. can drive it but still jerks, doesnt want to take in gas when speeding up, some back firing when giving it gas. engine light flashes red until letting off the gas...

Sounds like a fuel injector is clogged up or is not firing due to the computer not firing it. Check by putting a noid light on each injector and checking for pulse by viewing a blinking light from it. Also, one can check to see if a stethoscope can be used to listen for a clicking from the injector indicating it's at least pulsing that way.

Bmw 330d ...black smoke when idleing

Valve stem oil seal is worn. It doesn't smoke when injector disconnected because no compression as cylinder not firing with no fuel.

I Have a 2000 gmc safari van 2wd The fuel pump stopped working so I replaced it. now cylinder 1 and 3 and not firing. So I looked at the plugs and they look good. I changed the wires but still no 1 and 3...

The P0135 is indicating an O2 heater problem which is separate from your miss-fire problem.
I would ask the obvious, are the #1 and 3 injector harnesses connected to the injectors? Have you check for a pulse at the suspect injectors?
Have you checked compression on 1 and 3 cylinder?
Let me know.
