Sounds silly but did you try using the dimmer switch, either the light or on the dash usually on the left. litlle wheel that dims the dash and radio lights.

I have a 2002 odessey Honda and at night when I put on the lights the control light of the heater doesn't light and as well on the control level

possibly just the bulbs, but rare that two go together except if there is a bad earth involved. It requires removing the dash to access and replace bulbs and fix earth. some people in advertantly fit aftermarket radios up to lighting returns thinking they are earth. can cause some funny events .best .earth for radio is body

The lights behind the radio controls don't work. Not sure if it is a fuse or light bulb problem.

There is a tiny bulb inside the radio that has burned out, the radio must be removed and the light replaced, this is best left to a radio repair shop as the common practice on new radios is to have the bulb hard wired into the circuit board at the front display.

A/c Problem on mini 2002

Yeah that sounds right, sounds to me Like Power Control Module (AC Control Module). You shouldn't need to get a code from the factory removing the Radio. If you do its not a big hassle it can be done by phone.

Instrument panel lights dont come on

check the fuses first, if fuses are good then check for power at dimmer switch, also are all dash lights out. meaning no night light for heater control or cig lighter or radio, if thats the case then follow my advise, but if all other lights do work then go straight to checking the bulbs in the dash cluster. hope this helps.

Rear-window defogger wont work and radio cuts off when u put on

Sounds like a dead short. Disconnect the power to the radio and try the rear defog. Then to determine if it is the radio or the hater, disconnect the heater and put power to the radio. Another simple test is to, at night have the head lights on, turn the radio on see how much the lights dim. Then with the radio off, turn the rear defog on. Then try both. IF either one makes the head lights dim and not recover after a minute or so that devise is the shorted component. Check grounds on the radio and the heater.

Engine will not start/adio does not work but int/ext lights ok

this is most likely the battery protection relay, this is part of the lighting control module (LCM/GEM), your dealer can test test it but the issue may have been related to the cold, this module controls almost everything except the engine and trans.

No lights on heater/fan panel.

Yes, there is illumination behind the heater control panel.

You need to remove the center inst cluster upper (radio) & lower finish (heater) panels to gain access to the heater control; the light socket is behind the heater panel.
