CHECK YOUR TRANSMISSION FLUID!!!! The dipstick should be located on the passenger side of the engine closest to the back of the engine. If the tranny is still ok then refilling it with fluid should fix the problem. Have the fluid and filter changed soon!! Worst case scenario the tranny is fried from lack of fluid and all of the nuetral plates and gears are welded together. Meaning a new tranny. And a call to your mechanic (if you have one). Check your fluids often!!! Automotive fluid loss is the reason for costly repairs most of the time.

get the codes first ,as it can be your linkages under the car that is loose from your gear-stick to your gearbox.or it can just be a need for a fluid change .

automatic or stick? if it is an automatic the shift sinkage may be bent or obstruckted. if it is a stick the clutch may be getting pretty worn out, the throw out bearing may be going bad or the forks may be bent.

Sorry you are having a problem. I would doulble check that the idle air connector was plugged in and seated well. It's the square connector below the throttle body. I also supect you missed a vacuum line when reinstalling the Throttle body.

I have a 2003 kia sedona which grinds in every gear

I would add transmission fluid, failing that KIA does not give out transmission diagrams even to there Techs so if that does not work it would seem you need a new transmission

We have same problem before and the solution is replace the solenoid that control the gear change. It is difficult to do that, let KIA mechanic to do that.

Clutch pedal sticking

The clutch pressure plate might be weak in the manual transmission.

I wouldn't worry if it doesn't cause a problem in changing gears, until you have the clutch changed, if you ever get that far.

My 2004 Kia Sedona make a grinding noise when I put it in gear. The Trans fluid show full. What do you think is the problem?

Something in the transmission is probably not right. Sounds like a small gear has stripped and is trying to go ahead and go into gear, or the gear is chipped and is making that sound because it is chipped and not going into the other gear as smoothly as it should. I would take it to a transmission shop where ever you live and get it checked out. That's one thing about automatic transmissions, they have to be worked on by a transmission specialist nowadays. Try that and let me know what you found out.
