Check the blower motor resistor for melted pigtail and or bad connection. It should be mounted on the blower motor box near the center of the heater box.

Why the fan motor switch work on high only

Because the resistor which reduces the voltage to the blower motor and thus reduces the speed of the blower motor to give you 1,2 and 3 positions has burnt out. The resistor is located in the airflow coming from the fan motor so it stays cool. Look for wires coming from the black plastic housing near the fan motor under the dash. Google blower resistor for further help.....

Clicking sound coming from the dash when AC fan is high and temp down low, stops when fan is lowered and temp is turned up? Can I fix this myself or how much could I expect to pay someone? 2007 Infiniti...

clicking noise could be blower motor bearing failure or blower motor fan work itself loose.you can fix.removing lower instrument cover to get to blower motor.you need turn off radio first to keep from losing code then turn off ignition remove keys.you need to disarm airbags by disconnecting the negative battery cable wait 20 minutes before working under dash when done reconnect negative battery cable.when disconnecting negative battery probably have reprogram door locks.and the ECM has relearn memory. some times you have to reprogram radio also you can fix problem but many things has to be reprogram.if first time doing mechanic work best find good mechanic or let dealership fix.

AC fan blows less air after extended use

Sounds to me the blower motor is on it's way out and should be replaced. Even though they sound like there working doesn't mean everything is ok with it there are different parts on it that could go wrong and they way to fix it is with another blower fan and not a bad idea to do the resistor at the same time located in the blower box with about 4 wires coming out of it with one or two screws holding it in place all is located under dash behind the glove box area.

Blower fan not coming on

Sounds like you have a bad blower resistor. Its usually part of the switch. It takes about an hour to fix and the part runs about $70.00.

2003 mitsubishi outlander fan keeps coming on the lights dim also when driving fan keeps coming on the lights dim also when driving. radiator is full and it starts within minutes of starting the car.

My blower fan will run with the key out, but will turn of with the fan switch. I changed the A/C relay under the dash and it seem to fix the problem.

Clicking sound on passanger side of '04 GMC Envoy

most likely the blower motor squirrel cage hit the fan housing or the motor has a damaged bearing from the impact, the noise is coming from the fan which is on the passenger side, pull the fan assembly out and see if the blower cage is damaged, if it spins true then replace the blower motor, not a very hard job.

Air Control Fan

No Air coming out... What I would first, is check your Fuse Box, Look for the Fan Fuse & replace.. If Fan still doesn't work, Find your Fan ( Blower ) relay, Should be located on Fender, and Replace.. Finally if Blower still Isn't working at this Point, I suggest changing the Blower, as a Last resort.. Let ME know if this Helps you... Have a good one!!!
