Every time it rains my trunk and back floor board fill with water
Well the water could be coming from one or two places get your rear back glass seal then check the rubber around the trunk

could be many things on a convertible, water entering through old seals, weep holes plugged.
someone has to get in the trunk and another person has to systematicly spray water on car.

the matrix is either blocked or you have a blockage in the pipe work( water hoses) drop the coolant out then flush the system out a couple of time and this will solve this issue.
