Question about 2010 Chevrolet Malibu LS
Car has been acting funny. when my seatbelt is in the car reads that it is not and it continues to beep for me to put my seatbelt on, also car charger does not work when plugged into front or rear cigar lighter, dashboard light seems to dim at times then returns back to normal, Serice ESC/ Traction also appears, and as well as the fact that the car seems to stutter and shake a little bit when i let it run for a while not to sure why it seems to shake when i do that but i have a feeling it has to do with the problem code, any help is greatly appreciated.

The torque converter clutch circuit may be at fault. The best way to determine the problem is to have a scanner/computer to read check engine codes.

Sounds like there is a blown piston, to be sure have a compression test done on that #2 cylinder, if the reading is low, then you'll know.
A friend of mine had a 95 that did simular things only a little more,
it started smoking, dash lights flickered, etc. Finally, he had to get rid of it, the piston rod went through the engine block.

The ABS control Module is going bad, that all, since the ABS and traction work together you will get both lights on. Take to a mechanic, expect to spend about $500.
