The cruise control on modern Toyota vehicles is built into the ECU.
You may only need to install the stalk and the wire jumper that connects the stalk to the spiral cable, but some vehicles are missing the wire that runs from the spiral cable to the ECU. The parts are about $110.

Cruise control not working in 5th gear ford c max 55reg

Hi, did you already solve this problem with cruis control in european Ford Focus C-Max? I just activated cruis control in my car... It normaly works on 3th and 4th gear (manual transmission). On 5th gear it works only sometimes - I have to put the gas pedal down and then press the "+" or "RES" button, if I cancel selected speed and than again press "+" or "RES" button, the LED of cruis control on the dashboard flash for 1 sec and nothing will happen.

I have problem with illumination non of the AC control / hazrd switch/heated seat switch/ cruis control switch/main light switch/. are bright please help

It may not be easy, but it sounds like a ground wire is corroided or loose. You will need a good shop manual to locate the grounds for that component. Sometimes the dealship will run you off a copy of the wiring diagram since your auto parts store more than likely won't carry that.

I have a 1995 toyota avalon that I had to replace the cruis control switch in it . I had to unplug and remove the drivers side air bag and when put back together the light came on. Any suggestings?

If you unplug certain modules, this being one of them, they will set a code. low or no battery voltage. just have it cleared and the should stay out. this will take a scanner to clear
