Question about Cars & Trucks
Seems like its draining my battery, well the thing is loosen and the mechanic already check the truck and everything's fine so the only thing i can think of is this... Thanx!
If you are convinced its the auxiliary power outlet try pulling out the fuse for it first i had an expedition that did the same thing but only when it rained or got wet there are wires that run below the windshield in the engine compartment and water would leak in and short out wires just enough to drain the battery

The throttle body needs cleaning. It has some carbon build up, and when the battery went dead the computer lost its learned values, one of which is base throttle position. Now its reset back to factory specs, not accounting for a dirty throttle body. Seen it a million times

there is a fuse box inside, drivers side above left kick panel and another one in engine compartment.cigarette fuse located inside fuse box it is a 15amp fuse and is listed as an audio ,
