SOURCE: Car won't stay running.
alternator does not hold a charge it simply charges the battery by unhooking the battery you are taking all voltage from computer and car will not run the proper way to test your alternator is use a multimeter and check voltage at battery while car is running if you have 13-14 volts it should be fine.

There is not any type of security that will keep you from getting in the glove box. If you unlocked it with the key and it won't open the latch is broken.

make sure the fuel lines where cleaned properly and that there was no air let into the lines, also the pump my be stuck do to a particle is blocking fuel way or fuel floation sensor is just frozed, might want to take the pump off again and see if its not just a defective part

you either have a bad key...did you try more than one key?
Two other things can be wrong..
1) the igintion cylnder (where ya put the key in) has samll wires that sense the pellet in the keys for your car, and often they break, and the cylnder has to be replaced.
2) the passkey module has gone bad.
Either of these problems can be fixed by any compatent mechanic that has cadillac experience.
