Unless you know how to take the switch out and disassemble the lock assembly, I would plan on installing a new lock cylinder. Just to give you the heads up if you decide to try disassembling the lock cylinder, keep all the tumblers in order or it will be a lot of work for nothing.

Somewhere between 90,000 mil;es and 120,000 miles you should do your timing belt. But first make sure you do not have a timg chain. If you have a timing chain, you never have to change it at all.

SOURCE: toyota sienna interior lights not working

The problem is in the sunvisor light. You will have to take the light assembly off and you will find wires have become disconnected.

Bad ignition switch without a key

remove the surrounding cowling to ign switch, very important DISCONNECT the battery first making sure the door is open so it doesnt lock on you ,on the top of the ign switch is a protruding pin this needs to be drilled out and completely removed ,long nose pliers will be required after drilling to remove the pin ,the ign switch will then be free to pull out.Drilling this pin will be labourious and time comsuming but is the only way to be able to remove the ign switch.Good luck keep me posted

Lost my Toyota Sierra 1999 key fob that imobilizers - the van cannot be started without it.

That has a chip in it, but with a picture I D, the currant registration, and vin number any Toyota factory parts department can help you. If you are the original owner call the dealer you purchased the car from they will have all the information in the "new car" packet kept on file in their business office.
