Question about 2003 Toyota Corolla
I believe that one is in the tank as part of the fuel pump assembly. Unless you are having fuel pressure problems then I would not mess with it as it is more of a sock than a filter.

In the engine bay, on the firewall, behind the engine if it's a 2.7L I4. It'll be tricky to change due to space constraints.
