Driver door cannot be locked manully
Hi most likely u r driver side door latch has corrosion if u open up the door panel u cold access it if u spar wd 40 every where on the latch it should free up the linkage rod for lock/unlock u have to let it sit 20 /30 min the try to move the rod for locking should work if not the latch has to be replaced danny

you may need to replace the door locking actuator, they do tend to go bad over times. does the driver side door lock automatic when using the lock button on the driver side. if you can lock and unlock the driver side door with a switch, my guess would not be the locking actuator, it might be in the remote locking module.

You can get the door panel off without the door being open, it is very difficult but doable. The other choice is to have a locksmith come out and open the door manually with a slim jim.
