Hi Joseph, Im AL the owner of Big As Auto Repair.

Joseph, 2 things may have happened here. (1) You may have replaced the wrong fuse box for your vehicle. (2) You may have to do an "ACCELERATOR PEDAL RELEARN". Hope this helps and please visit my auto-repair-website:

I have a 1997 for mustang gt 4.6 my question is when i put my foot all the way down on the pedal to accelarate it does not responds it bogs alot, than it responds back again and bogs

All the way down and hold it? That could be a Ford installed governor. That would keep the engine from red lining, you know, wide open throttle. It is a speed limiter, I presume. Street racers know how to remove or disable them.

If it works okay with normal acceleration, you may be hearing the governor. If it bogs all the time, there is quite a long list of things to check, start with fuel pressure, look for someone with a scanner, that would make diagnosing so much easier.

When i started car and attempted to press accelarator nothing happened why?

There is a sensor in your gas pedal that could have gone bad. An employee at O'rielley had told me there could be a recall on this part so contact a dealer.

1999 f 250 powerstroke diesel , when i press down accelarator there is no response, truck starts and idles but no response when i step on accelarator

look behind your accel. pedal if there is a wire harness there check to make sure that it hasnt come out or is not plugged all the way in. if it is plugged in then you may need a new pedal. if it does not have a electronic pedal you may need a new ecm . if you can have someone plug it in to a diagnostic and this will tell you for sure.

I start the car the accelaeration is very poor

I dont think it is related to your over-due tune-up. It is still a good idea to see if you need anything. Check for clogged filters, defective plugs(should have iridium style plugs, good up to 100k miles), wires, and vacuum lines. If the engine light is on then have the codes read it could be valuable. But if there isn't a light, then it should be related to something mechanical.

Car will not let me accelarate

Hi, If it goes/accelerates with light pedal pressure you probably need another Mass Air Flow Sensor unit. Junk Yard or eBay for less than $50 should cure it if it . If pressing ******* the accelerator is the only time it doe NOT accelerate, then yes, MAF sensor unit.
Have it analyzed if this is not the case.
Should be no more than 1/2 hour labor at the dealer or mechanic to install your part.

good luck
