Lower intake bolts 11 ft. lbs start in the center of the intake and work your way out cross from side to side.Tighten the upper intake bolts with the same procedure with 89 inch pds.Be sure to apply threadlocker to the lower intake bolt threads.

SOURCE: what is the torque specs
here are the specs you asked for remember these are required to be new bolts. used head bolts are not reliable and old bolts are stretched
Long bolts............................................. ...29 to 37
Short bolts ...............................................11 to 18
.........Tighten an additional 180-degrees
the sequence is from the center out alternating left of center to right of center.
i would use 24 on the long bolts then 35
and 10 to 16 on the short bolts

Upper intake manifold with a new gasket on the lower intake manifold and torque the bolts, in sequence, to: 105 inch lbs. (12 Nm)
