I cannot tell you the max weight values but you can get them from the Drivers door, the glove compartment lid or the manual und vehicle specifications. It would seem to me that you've got plenty of residual power for this job. Now the only question is your spring set up and suspention condition. After all, it is a 16 year old vehicle.
