Need more info than what you provided. gonna take a stab in the dark here and guess major vacuum leak. have you done any engine work lately where you disconnected some vacuum hoses or lines? a major vacuum leak will cause irregular idle speed and trip the above stated code and also cause engine to die.

Error codes P0507 and P0102 after replacing MAF sensor

P0102: you need to make sure the sensor is clean; sometimes it get dirty as you are working on an old car. Check the voltage manually. Make sure there is no air leak near it

P0507: high idle... this sounds like a vacuum leak. get starter fluid and start the car. Spray around and check for change in car idle

Nissan p0507

A P0507 DTC trouble code may be caused by one or more of the following:
A vacuum leak Leaking air intake after the throttle body
EGR valve
leaking vacuum
A faulty positive crankcase ventilation (PCV)
valve Damaged/failed/dirty throttle body
Failed EVAP system Failed IAC (idle air controller) or faulty IAC circuit.
you would need to check these. some times its just a glitch in a sensor when the revs go to high. remove the code and see if it comes back. can activate this code if revs to high.

When i push the gas peddal it doesn't rev up.

is the check engine light on?? you most likely have a problem with the throttle assembly. It is electronic, not cable driven, so that's why you can rev it. Nissan has had some problems with those. Normaly code P0507 ICS system comes up. But I don't know if your check engine light is on, but it should be, if throttle failed. There is also a switch (electronic) by the gas pedal, which sends all the signals to ECM to be processed and then to the throttle assembly. But those switches (by gas pedal) have been bulletproof. So I would be looking a the throttle asembly again. Good luck.
