There could be a relay that powers that fuse
if not take independent power from somewhere else and put your own fusible link

The blower motor is located under the dash on the passengers side. Remove any panel under the dash to access it.

Hvac blower motor doesn't work ,where is the motot located and what does it look like

the blower motor is located under the glove box ,you will see a panel under the glove box you will have to remove 4 or 5 screws will have to be removed.you can use a phillips screwdriver or a 5/16 socket, the blower motor is round about 5" diameter..unhook the wires and test to see if you have power to it(make sure you have the key on and the fan control on,if you have power there then your blower is bad,

No heat on 1999 jeep wranger

hi pklilly
dave here

the best solution for this problem is to buy a new blower motor at the auto parts store or a used one at the wreckers and keep the receipt.
without tearing everything apart unplug the old blower and plug in the new one.
if it works tear the old one out and put the new one in.
if it does not work return the blower and get back to me.
this of course assumes you have checked the fuse (both sides) with a trouble light(continuity tester). if there is more than the blower running off the fuse just make sure whatever else is on the fuse is working
